🔧 Honda/Acura V6 Timing Belt Kit & Water Pump Replacement - OEM Quality Review

Water pump leaks after three months. I was skeptical if OEM parts were there when they came out. The labels on the pieces looked like someone's well done arts and crafts project. Trust my instincts. Now I'm doing the job twice to replace that substandard crap.

This company and its products are under a lot of time pressure. I bought a timing belt kit, received it and installed it on 10/22/19. All parts in Honda packs, bags and boxes. On January 21, 2020, the customer towed the car to the gas station. Water pump failure, broken belt, coolant loss. In short, if a long story, if you do not plan to buy an engine, do not buy spare parts from this company. The only thing they refund me is the cost of the kit.

Update 2: Timing belt broke while idling. Mileage 25,000 after installation. Damaged engine. Updated rating. After 14,000 km and 7 months of operation, the V-ribbed belt has several cracks and no rubber (but still works, ie not cut, but in very bad condition). These are counterfeit Honda parts, these are low quality OEM replicas which can break. DO NOT BUY! Stop selling fake junk to customers. Parts will fail, resulting in serious engine damage. The parts look like new, genuine Honda parts are stamped on the bags and boxes along with the packaging. They looked good, even the water pump was embossed with the Honda logo.
