Timken HA598679 Axle Bearing Assembly Review

Genuine Timken. what more can i say The quality I expect, great price and solid noise in front of my jeep. Now we come to the details of the rear axle.

If you spend time swapping out hubs and bearings, don't mess with cheap parts, just buy a Timken and you'll be satisfied long time

Both hub assemblies I bought fail at the same time. After 5,000 miles of normal tarmac driving, both sides have wheel play. I hope this is an isolated case.

Used/defective item received. I have attached a picture of 1aauto wheel bearings (not rusty). My last 1aauto drove over 50,000 miles. I was disappointed to receive Timkens of such terrible quality. was hoping to see what a rave is for Timkens. I think they sent me some junk parts because my current wheel bearings are cleaner than these junk parts.

I have used Timken bearing/hub assemblies on my other Jeeps in the past and will continue to use them as long as the quality remains the same. Definitely worth spending a few bucks more on this than other junk. Note that on WJ cars your tone ring is on the CV axis so the ABS/speed sensor wiring is not on it. This is an interchangeable driver's side and passenger's side panel, so you only need to order two parts with the same part number when interchanging. Made in South Korea for those…
