A good but ultimately unnecessary purchase.

Decent quality. Not as small as the weakly stamped original that came with the bit set, but much more durable. I now have two 1/4 inch ratchets; Didn't realize a bait adapter was an affordable (and less expensive) option. So life is.

Pros
  • socket wrench
Cons
  • weak

Excellent quality and easy to change between 3/8 and 1/4 drive

This ratchet was already working in a bottleneck under the hood of my car. Robust construction and the convenience of not having to use an adapter when changing sockets. The only caveat is that it's easy to accidentally change the direction of travel by pressing the selector while running, but that's no big deal.

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Damaged

Tiny but sturdy, it's really small.

So this is a good solid addition to a set of sockets or tools. First, comfortable and heavy, feels tight in hand. The ratchet is firm and strong, but has a short handle, so you have to use all your strength. However, in tight, small, or cramped spaces, the weight gives you extra leverage when you can't use a larger wrench. I gave it 4 stars because the handle is so short it's very difficult to undo some screws with this little thing!

Pros
  • Wrench
Cons
  • Only available in white
