Description of Titanium Thermal Feeding Heatbreak Extruder

Package: 2piece titanium alloy V6 heatbreak for 1.75mm filament. Thermal heat break is made from Titanium Alloy to provide excellent thermal isolation between heater and cooling block. Heatbreak: made from TC4 Titanium alloy material. This heatbreak is used for the 1.75mm V6 Hotend.

As Advertised: Additive Manufacturing Products

Finely Crafted and Genuine Titanium. The Dinner is lightweight (like Titanium) and unresponsive near a magnet. The nozzle end is flat and the center hole is smooth and well polished. I didn't take any measurements, but overall I have no reason to suspect any inaccuracies in the measurements. This and the coated copper block should improve printer performance and significantly reduce print defects due to thermal creep. I look forward to printing with him. Many Thanks

Fine Machining

I am new to 3D printing but not to making beautiful metal parts. They are true to size, perfectly finished inside and out and definitely made of real titanium. They don't joke about how well polished they are on the inside. My only criticism and not enough to even deduct a star is that I would like them to break the edge of the threads a bit. They are sharper than I would leave them, but still fully usable. Just use a piece of leather or something between the threads and your fingers when…

Titanium and Suitable for V5 Hot End Conversion

I purchased this along with the V5 Hot End to convert my Monoprice Mini V2 into a higher temp machine. This is part of the overhaul. The original comes with PTFE tubing and I wanted an all metal hot end, titanium thermal break and a new cold end. Titanium thermal breaks are smoother than stainless steel and better suited for this application. The replacement V5 came with a stainless steel thermal break and PTFE hose.
