There was a small issue with the fitting instructions and some confusion with the installation but everything was easy to sort out I definitely wouldn't take it to the store for fitting

The product works, it's strong enough, the only downside is the clips on the straps. They are so small that they don't stay in the trunk latches. We need to attach the extension cord.

Unfortunately the mounting direction meant I had to drill holes in my Tundra but it's worth it now, I can place groceries in the back of my truck without spilling them. and landed on the front of the truck.

This bed extender is easy to assemble and install and I would say it looks and performs like any other budget bed extender on the market. I installed Bedrug, it mounts with no problems and is easy to remove.

It is larger than stated in the specifications. I had to sand down the straight horizontal bars to fit the curved bars snugly. Be careful if you have a smaller truck as you will need to make some adjustments to get it to fit properly.

Exactly what you would expect. I'm a contractor and I have lots and lots of tools. I keep them under the tarp of my truck. I can fit three very large bags between the cages in my truck gate. This keeps them from sliding in and out so I don't have to get in the truck to get them out or carry them in the back seat. I've used it to move long chunks of stuff and it works like you'd expect from an extension.

I have 2109 RAM 2500, this bed extension comes standard. No additional mounting brackets were needed, the BL was actually installed as it was removed from the shipping carton. I drilled 3 holes on each side on the vertical bed rails as 3 holes were already pre-punched by RAM. Attach the L&R brackets with 3 screws for each post. For my truck (a 2016 Ford F-150 5.5' Supercrew) it fit well and the installation was fairly easy. You will need to drill holes, so it's important to measure twice before cutting. I docked a sprocket because the sheet metal screws used to attach the hitch latch to the truck body weren't very good quality. I snapped off one of the screw caps trying to screw the screw in and blew the heads off the other two. Luckily they supplied replacement parts and it looks like the other two screws are holding
