Nice to use! in Drawing Media

Shipping from Japan takes a while but they are so much fun to use I don't have to wait. Now I buy in bulk and keep them everywhere to use. They are great and make all my shots beautiful.

Hands down my favorite so far!

Definitely my favourite. Just changed a previous review of Faber Castell Pitt grips from 5 to 4 after receiving this grip. It is ideal for writing with a brush. It's a beautiful combination of material and softness to achieve thin and thick lines. I rarely have to go in and shade my letters because I can get a nice tint with downward strokes.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

Very important! - Drawing

I've had these pens for almost a month now. There were three in the set. I still use the former and use it quite often to practice writing Japanese. I keep thinking the ink will run out any moment but so far it's still working! I might want to get one with a finer tip/lower flow but so far it's good for my kanji practice. Even when I'm writing small letters, it works fine if I press a little bit. I am very happy that I bought these pens.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Not bad

Great pens and all 3 worked great

My daughter is starting to write with them to make Christmas cards. She likes them very much and decided to use them for other writing/drawing purposes. I like them because they are cheap and imported! But there is a but. My daughter says one pen is "harder" than the other two and based on other reviews she should have gotten one hard point softer instead of three. In any case, she still likes it and she will practice.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Like that

Great little brush! (Not the same as the Dual Brush Pen soft tip)

I have to admit that I originally thought I was buying a soft brush like the one in the Tombow Dual Brush Pen, which is larger β€’ softer and more flexible . I was afraid they had accidentally sent me harsh advice. Then I realized it was a completely different type of brush pen and decided to try one of those before sending it back. I'm so glad I did, they are AMAZING! So many controls, great if you're new to brush painting like me or just want a great pen!

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Only available in black

Good foot, strong tip.

Very good fude grip. Tombow maintains a relatively stiff tip even after prolonged use and does not flex to the extent that Furatake Fude does. However, if you're looking for a great quality pen that flexes enough to create brush strokes while still holding the tip, then this is the pen you're looking for. I found it easy to control the diameter of the nib, which is much larger than the softer nib due to the thickness of the writing surface. The ink is more visible on the outside edges of the…

Good pen - for me more "medium " than "soft "

Great price for a set if you're just buying this and other things from Amazon. However, if you want to buy more than just this type of pen, it is cheaper to do all your shopping at jetpens.com. Otherwise do it on amazon. Now for the stylus, it's a good cross between Pentel Touch and Pentel Touch. Tombow Fudenosuke is tough. I think it's still "soft" but not "medium". I love it and it's my go-to pen for all my brush writing needs - although I'm still a beginner. This is a good pen to start…

I love these pins

I love these pins. Lately I've bought various markers and found that markers are better for learning handwriting and calligraphy. You don't get nice brush strokes, but it makes it easier to get used to the pressure you have to use to get thin and bold strokes, and letter edges are usually clean. As you would expect, the ink bleeds a bit on regular carbon paper, but not as if you were using a marker. I just received the pen so I don't know how long the ink will last. The barrel is comfortable…
