I was very happy to receive this scale but when I received it the power switch doesn't work so the only way to turn it on and off is to put in batteries and close it Take .. The scale looks very good in terms of quality, but should be exchanged without the power button on it. :(

I have had this scale for several months and have not taken it out of the packaging. I have been using this scale for a week and the scale has stopped working. It doesn't register a touch at all, I tried new batteries, it turns on and stays in ounces. The scale doesn't register a touch and eventually turns off. The Revain return period has expired. Tare button and PCS button functions are swapped, button labels are in the right places, it's just their functions. To CALEN the unit you have to press and hold the tare button, but on mine you have to use the PCS button and the piece count you have to use the tare.
