The scale has stopped working
I have had this scale for several months and have not taken it out of the packaging. I have been using this scale for a week and the scale has stopped working. It doesn't register a touch at all, I tried new batteries, it turns on and stays in ounces. The scale doesn't register a touch and eventually turns off. The Revain return period has expired. Is there a manufacturer guarantee? It happened at the worst possible moment as I am a soap maker preparing for the event. This scale had let me down just a few days before!
