UPDATE: Good shoes fail after 25-35 rides.

True to size, perfect fit. Breathable and dries well. The weak point is the toe loop, which pulls the Velcro back from the shoe, rendering it useless and inseparable. Did 25-35 rides with it. Wouldn't recommend it to any friend. I'll try to get her back, so we'll see how it goes. UPDATE: I just emailed Tommaso Cycling to have a NEW PAIR mailed to me yesterday (when I left the first part of the review). Apparently their cycling shoes come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY, which to my knowledge is…

    Pros
    • Store-bought indoor shoes and 2 prong clips; and they work great.
    Cons
    • The strap buckle broke on me within 4 or 5 uses. A little disappointed

    Great value for my opinion

I was hoping I could get some worn out Mavic boots but couldn't find any or anything. I prefer ratchet buckles to laces, velcro or boas and selected these to test. Size 12/46 fits my stated size 12' very well, although if you like very thin socks or tight shoes you can go down. The buckle is good, opens when needed and the sole is stiff enough for grip. while he's still running.

    Pros
    • Excelente producto, excelente puntualidad, I'm happy.
    Cons
    • The shoes were good but didn't last 3 rides before the sole broke.

    Excellent quality / reasonable price

These MTB boots are definitely made for the mountains. Durable upper material, Velcro fasteners, ratchet closure. They are true to size but are a bit narrow and may not fit a wider foot. The cleats clip easily into the pedals and aren't too deep or flat. The Vibram outsole definitely sticks to the other side of the pedal, it's powerful and designed for walking/climbing rocks and boulders. The upper is thick and made of high quality materials. Excellent purchase! Other similar shoes sell for…

    Pros
    • Fast service Great fit and
    Cons
    • Comfort was my main concern. The price was good and the shoes looked good.

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

    Limited customization options for cleats

These shoes look great and are very comfortable. For the price the quality is top notch. Unfortunately I have a problem with the construction of the sole. With this style, I wasn't able to angle the boots the way I wanted. Even with the cleats set at any remote angle, I was unable to engage and hold them in my pedals. The design is very restrictive and doesn't allow for much maneuvering other than with a straight cleat fit.

    Pros
    • Great boots for MTB.
    Cons
    • Incorrect sizing. Way too small

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Good shoes for the money

I've had these shoes for a month; Rode 100 miles with them, over 9 rides. I ride on paved trails and have Shimano SM-SH-51 spikes on them. This shoe replaces the 10 year old Pearl Izumi mountaineering shoe. The Pearl shoes were replaced when something broke in the sole and one shoe clicked when pedaling. I got Pearl shoes on sale and paid about $90 for them. Tommaso Montagna 200 men's mountain bike shoes retailed for $79. The mounting plate for attaching the spikes to the Pearl Boots is made of

    Pros
    • mountain bike.
    Cons
    • Poor grip on wet surfaces

    Revainrating 3 out of 5

Run big and commit the required change

These shoes are very comfortable but quite large. Size 41 is closer to size 42.5, but is more spacious. Unfortunately they didn't pull tight enough to hold my foot in place. For the price they charge I hired a neighbor to sew. I had to cut the top fabric portion of the ratchet strap in half and sew closer to the latch. It looks cool because Tomasso's name is cut off, but now it sounds nice and tight. If you have big fat legs, they can fit you as is.

    Pros
    • Good bye
    Cons
    • size does not fit

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Replaced 20 year old Shimano SPD shoes. Ideal.

zero problems. I put old SPD spikes on new shoes. They work great, fit my feet better than my old Shimano shoes. Also less expensive. Perfection.

    Pros
    • Breathable - With breathable materials and a mesh upper, Tommaso Vertice Mountain Bike Shoes keep feet cool and dry in hot and humid weather.
    Cons
    • May cause discomfort when walking

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

much better with a spacer under the top

Underneath the piece of rubber covering the cleat screws was what appeared to be an oval plug that ripped as soon as I tightened the cleat. Under the post was what looked like glue stuck to a shoe. I put on the cleats but found it very difficult to fit them into the Crank Brothers caramel cleats I have. I'm guessing these shoes had some sort of padding that was removed and replaced with a sticker. In any case, I ended up cutting out an oval spacer out of plastic about 1.5mm thick and placing it

    Pros
    • They fit and are easy to slip on and off and snap on
    Cons
    • Not suitable for trail biking

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Robust mountain bike shoe, but runs small

I am sorry to return these shoes. It looks very well made and I liked the ratchet closure. Unfortunately I wear a US size 14 and the size chart says to order EU size 48. My old shoes are too tight and the tag says they fit EU 48 and US 13. Anyway, I chose to trust Tommaso's sizing chart. They fit just like my old 48s - too tight. Obviously, as with other brands, US 14 should match EU 49. If you fit well I'm sure it will be great.

    Pros
    • as expected
    Cons
    • Poor toe and ankle protection.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Great commuter shoes for me

I hesitated because of the bad rating, but from my point of view it was completely wrong. I wish I had bought them sooner. For full-soled shoes, they're not heavy at all. For road cyclists, they may seem difficult, but it's a whole different game. They're comfortable, snug fitting and offer a sturdy, durable platform. I am completely satisfied and can only recommend them.

    Pros
    • These are great shoes. They fit perfectly, look great and are very comfortable. Plus a lifetime guarantee!
    Cons
    • No padding for comfort

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    excellent overall design

I bought a size 11 and a size 12. I'm a size 11.5 on my regular sneakers. Size 11 fits perfectly. They are well built with plenty of cushioning. I pulled them out and made a long trip with no problems. They're a bit heavy, but that's because they have a nice, big sole, which comes in handy when you have to climb a huge, steep hill on a long road. gravel ride. The soles also make it easy to walk anywhere without the risk of slipping - such as. B. in a café or a brewery.

    Pros
    • Excellent hold. The Vibram outsole of the Tommaso Vertice 100 men's mountain bike shoe offers premium grip and pedal control, making it ideal for eventing and enduro riders.
    Cons
    • Insoles wear out quickly

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Absolute noob review with no clips.

In my naivety I expected them to be as loose and comfortable as tennis shoes. When I first put these on I went a little crazy because they were very snug, no pressure at all, like hockey shoes. Then it dawned on me, here's the thing. You don't want your foot slipping in shoes, in clip-on pedals. Worn them all day to break in, added memory foam insoles and I'm convinced ;) I might get tired of learning this new "system" but my feet will be in heaven!

    Pros
    • Nice reversal
    Cons
    • Takes time to dry when wet

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

    Nice MTB cycling shoes, but…

They have more room than the mtn sneakers I've listed, but I wouldn't say they're as "wide" as I saw in the ad. They are more comfortable than these but not as wide as I thought🤔

    Pros
    • These are great cycling shoes
    Cons
    • Poor bow support

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Good shoes for beginners

I bought these as I am new to clipless pedals and have wide feet. I prefer the mesh upper to keep my feet cool. No problems after almost 300 km.

    Pros
    • I have a gravel bike and a mountain bike that I use them on and they are great. Pleasant work as expected.
    Cons
    • Hard to kick

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

easy to turn on and off. in my rating

fit and comfortable when driving. I've ridden about 20 times and they quickly fitted my feet. I ordered my normal size. Would order again without hesitation.

    Pros
    • Me agradó la calidad, muy buen acabado y resistente a la vez
    Cons
    • Nothing for people with wide feet. Pinches the toes.

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

    Locking mechanism defective

I ordered 9.5 and they were too small and narrow for my feet. I ordered 11 and the knot tied at the end of the wire was pulled out of the tensioning mechanism before I put 11 on. Sent back, fastened with laces or velcro.

    Pros
    • Fits very well, runs large
    Cons
    • Poor grip on rocky surfaces

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    My size 45 fits perfectly!

Bought with an eye on the wallet. The shoes arrived quickly and fit as advertised! After two weeks of daily driving, I find the comfort top notch. The build quality appears to be impeccable. Fair value with no frills.

    Pros
    • The best shoes I've ever used
    Cons
    • Not as comfortable as advertised

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good shoes at a very reasonable price

Bought these to replace an old pair of Specialized sneakers. They fit. They are comfortable and appear to be of excellent quality. I like the regular velcro straps over the newfangled ratchet straps (which were starting to fail on my old shoes). I am happy with my purchase.

    Pros
    • Great shoe for MTB training, very comfortable and good quality at this price.
    Cons
    • Expensive price tag

Good shoes good fit Area of improvement would be the trim around the ankle, wish it was a bit thicker and firmer. BOA is also good as a tightening, but work needs to be done to loosen it. But for what I paid I am happy with my purchase

    Pros
    • Good shoes for the price.
    Cons
    • Not suitable for different terrains

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Comfortable and good sole

Overall I am happy with these sneakers. I wish the middle strap was a little longer, but I just have to adjust how I tighten it. They are ready to use immediately and have a better grip (when walking). They replaced my old Nikes. It seems they will be strong, but I can't tell -

    Pros
    • It has a good solid sole for good power transfer to the pedal. Fit comfortably and are easy to walk on for cycling shoes.
    Cons
    • Upper material is breathable
