🔧 Advanced Diesel Engine Tester Adapter - Tool Aid S&G 35600: A Gamechanger for Precision Diagnostics Review

Had to make some modifications to hook up the compression gauge but it works now. I cut, drilled and screwed the air connection nipple to 1/8NPT.

I only gave it 4 stars because it's brass or maybe bronze rather than steel, but that's probably due to the easier handling of the tool, which contributes to a lower price point than some other adapters . It worked great on my Dodge Ram Cummins for 2 years.

Good quality, works as promised. Required for Cummins diagnostics. Used it the day I got it at 5.9L paired with an S&G Tool Aid compression tester and was able to quickly diagnose a dead cylinder.

Without a fitting to match the existing nipple it is useless. I sent it back for a refund. FYI: This requires a 1/8" Tru-Flow coupler and they are not available in this part of China. No one answers when you call their tech support. I left a message and they ended up calling back three days after I returned it !

I finally used it today and it works fine but after doing 8 cylinders, 2 twice on Cummins the clamp was bent so 4 stars I have it just did it. in a vise, but for the price I don't think a steel hold down would do and I used a Dewalt 1/4 hex impact wrench to tighten and loosen the bolts so it doesn't feel like something that I had before because with a 1 inch bump I would buy it again just expect that I have to sit up and then hold on
