I use this to test at home. It's great for outdoor use. However, it's a bit more difficult to use indoors as it has to be fully raised to use it. It cannot simply be raised a few steps to be used as a smaller ladder. An update has come out today to expand it and part of the expansion is off base. This thing only lasted 2 months! Revain refunded my money so it's worth at least 3 stars.

The ladder is very strong but there are some construction flaws. The staircase goes from bottom to top, not from top to bottom. You literally have to lift the whole, not small sections. In other words, you should expand to 15.5 feet, but not in between. Other ladders go from top to bottom and you can extend them as you like. Return to another. Difficult to use at a height below 15.5 feet.

Very impressed with this ladder. Bought for new RV solar installs and future RV rooftop trips to clean solar panels. Very strong and I'm for 250#. Very good equipment to get into my 13ft motorhome. The ladder at the base is made of wide aluminum cylinders with a wide rung, which greatly increases stability. In my opinion you get injured with this ladder. The design of the ladder is fantastic except that the legs on the stabilizer are hard plastic. Installing on hardwood, ceramic tile, or any other smooth surface makes stairs a hazard. I hope the manufacturer has a lot of liability insurance! Rigid plastic legs won't stick to the floor.
