This little jam helped keep the peace at home when the new pool was finished, except for the deep end steps and handrails on the entry steps. Once I found the right handheld hammer drill pilot bit, this monster got the job done with no problem. Good value for money.

Didn't have to hire a plumber. It cut through 1 1/2 inch tile and concrete like butter. Perfect round hole for my Kohler valve. I made a bracket out of 3/8 plywood so it doesn't jump over the tiled shower wall. Used the bit itself to cut a hole in the plywood. It looks like new and I will keep it to use again or to lend to people.

They work great through cinder block walls without grout. It does a good clean job. But be aware that you can easily break your wrist with one of these items if you're not careful. For starters, I highly recommend you use a ROUND bit adapter (aka "drill") like the Toolocity AD1112. The round shank means the drill chuck can slip off when you tighten it.
