Convenient and reliable.

Feel and weight very pleasant and not bulky, the 12AWG cutter cuts very easily without much effort, it's a kind of hybrid pliers.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Nothing here

One of the best tools I've ever owned!

This electrician's pliers/multi-tool is definitely a good tool when it comes to quality and safety. They replace two or three others in your pouches, saving space and weight. I am happy to recommend this product!

Pros
  • Perfect for a small home
Cons
  • No instructions

NOT AS PICTURED Needle nose pliers

I bought 13888US because the US version with wire gauge on the pliers was shown as 12 or 14 gauge. This is not what you get. US is clearly marked on the box but the pliers are NOT AS PICTURED. These are great pliers but if you're expecting to get one that says 12 and 14 for wire gauge you'll be disappointed!

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Expensive

Excellent quality, definitely recommend.

Excellent quality, definitely recommended. All my tools in my work kit are Kinpex, I love the finish and how smaller all their tools are compared to other brands. I also appreciate being able to make small adjustments to each tool, allowing for perfect screwing in and the like.

Pros
  • 6 functions in one pair of pliers.
Cons
  • Something different

This is a quality tool for homeowners installing outlets.

I have many Knipex and Klein tool sets and this type too. This tool is clearly intended for homeowners installing outlets. That's all you really need to do this effectively, a screwdriver, utility knife, and impact tool, and it's pretty neat. Are you replacing your sockets with more stylish versions? Big. Do you automate light switches? Relax. Add an extra 120V outlet outside? Good. Installing an electric car charger? Are you building your dream workshop? Maybe you need more specialized tools…

Pros
  • Clear outside edge on jaw for working on concealed junction boxes and deburring through holes
Cons
  • Will write later

Update from 11/04/16 to the previous rating - I like these pliers a little better. I still haven't had the chance to use them too much, but I played around with them a bit, stripped some 12 gauge wire, bent the hooks, clipped a wire and it worked out pretty well. I still wish it had a wider grip when closed like my little ones, but I'm getting used to it. Plus - bonus - I lost my crimping tool and used the crimping tool on these pliers today installing a new pilot alternator and thermostat…

Pros
  • for gripping flat and round materials, bending, deburring, cutting wire, stripping and crimping ferrules ( cable lugs).
Cons
  • Crumpled
