As an automotive professional, I found this puller to be completely useless. The design is cheap and flimsy, and it failed to do its job, even with the simplest tasks. As a result of using this product, I found that it lacks the necessary durability and functionality needed in the automotive industry. Save your money and invest in a higher quality tool.

The product looked like black parquet, what arrived was Chinese standard chrome. It also wasn't big enough for the project I bought it for and had to be modified to use it. It worked without the flex but I feel misled by the product photos.

I've been using this bearing puller several times a week for about a year. I use it to remove fan blades, pulleys and large bearings. I had another problem with this puller. I've had some really tough projects and these pullers always won the battle. If you have 1/4 inch or less room for finger grip; then they get too big. I am very happy with the price and quality of this bearing puller.
