Complete scrap of heat lamps

The heat lamp only worked for a few days and burned out. They also sent the article without the clip that should have been included.

Heat lamp for my baby

After I googled the instructions everything was fine. This is the only reason why it didn't get a 5 star rating. Works very well to keep my hedgehog nice and warm

Reflector came all broken

Bought this for my beard as the temperature got too cold. Just received today, set it up and found the lamp base/reflector was chipped. Hold it to see if it works. Will be updated after use.

Was a good terrarium heater lamp

First review: Really heats the desert lizard terrarium. The thermometer shows a heating temperature of over 120 degrees, which is ideal for uromastic lizards. Had to return original order due to defective bulb but prompt response and repair. Check after 7 months: short circuit. The wires seemed to melt. Not suitable for long-term use.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Just received today and both 250w heaters were broken. One lantern was missing part of the clip that attaches to the lamp. UPDATE - The seller was quick to respond to my questions and will replace damaged and missing items. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! LATEST UPDATE: I just received all the damaged/missing items.
