These adjustable straps for use in mask making were purchased on the recommendation of a friend and now I am recommending them to my friends and not only! I have made several masks for family, friends and donations and the ones with the adjustable strap are favorites for comfort and fit. I will for sure order more!

This is amazing. They look small but I stretch them a bit before sewing them onto the masks. The rubber part works great and the elastic cord is smooth and comfortable and also adjustable. I would buy them again and also recommend them. I've had better results with them than 1/8" elastics, and people I've made personal masks for have expressed the same thing.

I use these in my handmade masks at Olson Hospital. I used to wear hair ties which were only comfortable for people with small ears and heads. These ties allow for a variety of face sizes and shapes. They are also more comfortable for people who wear glasses. I do NOT sew the ends to the mask. I bought 100 white and black elastics. They are best for sewing and wearing masks. The sliding adjustable bead is user-friendly and easy to adjust. An added bonus is the extra length, increasing all-day comfort for those with larger heads. Sewing on a flat elastic ensures it stays in place with unlimited tugging and tugging. Well if like me you are wondering if they are long enough to tie through the channel on the sides of your homemade mask the answer is yes - - if your masks are the same size as mine and your ears are in the same place as mine. Hmm... that's not very helpful. I hope the attached photos show what I mean. The strap company asked me to write a review so I guess I will. Belts are perfect. I have used them to replace small Jaanuu mask straps which are good quality. It was very difficult trying to insert the strap without the right tool on the side of the mask. I've used everything, including a paperclip, but the sharp edge kept poking through the strap.
