No fender mounts

M5x8mm maybe not so much (screws are easy to come by, stainless, titanium, not like mounts). But it's embarrassing that they are mentioned in the user manual and I receive the goods without them.

About Mongoose Elroy

(Solid Four and a Half) I have these on my gravel bike and they go great with the adjustable arms. Installation was easy and although they are plastic they work. The only downside to these fenders is that the rear fender doesn't go all the way down to cover the footboard area.

  • Stylish and modern design

For Bike Pack Accessory Only

They were easy to fit, they look great BUT they are too short when it rains and you ride on water, water gets on all your legs, the rear fender is a bit better, but doesn't go down far enough to keep water out of the wagon. they are also sturdy and well built.

Great product - easy installation

So far so good with this quick to install fender for my everyday use. Installation was pretty quick considering everything. I'm sure it depends a bit on the bike, but my bike already had the necessary holes glued in the right places to make installation quick. I had to remove the velcro on the rear fender but it didn't seem to affect the stability of the rear fender in any way.

I like her! for sports

I thought they would be perfect for one of my bikes. It fits the other one too, but I have a rear rack that uses the same mounting holes near the hub, so I need longer screws. I had an issue with the L-shaped rear fender mounting tab - it wasn't long enough to comfortably reach the mounting bolt hole near the seatpost. . . I had to take a longer screw and flip it to get started. I couldn't fully tighten it but it feels solid and hasn't slipped at all after a few weeks of use. The fenders…

Quality product with few installation problems

Like other Topeak devices I've bought this is a very good product, well made and good quality. But they're not perfect, and perhaps it goes without saying when a product like these mudguards is designed to fit many different bikes rather than a specific make and model. There were three small issues when installing on my Diamondback Haanjo Metro, which also has a Topeak Explorer MTX rack installed. The clearance between my tire and the seat tube is pretty tight and I had to mount the fender…
