The towel rail is good but do not use the mounting template in the box unless you compare it to the towel rail first. The template that came with me wasn't even close. It's my fault for not attaching it to the mount first to check.

Got this very cheap and while it wasn't said to work with the towels I bought it did. As long as towels fit in, it will work. It's pretty thin until you install it. Once installed, closed and fixed to the cinder block wall, it feels really solid. It's very easy to use and looks great in my garage. Really happy with it

I bought this from stock but I suspect from the quantity that quite a few of them are suffering from the same problem. The plastic part that is supposed to fix the lock breaks (or I already broke it). I repaired mine by drilling a small hole at the latch of the lock and inserting a screw. I cut off the plastic cover a bit to bypass the screw and now it works great. You also don't have to worry about this plastic part breaking in the future.
