Bought an old table. I cleaned the very hard rods well with alcohol to remove the old dirt. Apply a few drops of this silicone to each bar and rock the bars back and forth to give the dry bearings a good lube. Table poles slide and rotate LIKE NEW! Very satisfied with the product.

Slippery material - I put a few drops on a cloth and wiped it over the foosball bars and they instantly took on a new, young, smooth life. My table is from the mid 1980's and the rods were in fair condition but this is clearly a great lube for them and will last a long time. I only used a few drops per stick and the bottle is still 95% full.
