I wanted the mat for my 2013 BMW x3 to be flexible so I could access the compartments underneath without removing it completely. The trunk mat is great for this, especially the L-shaped sunroof on the driver's side. There's no lip on the edges, so big spills might not be caught as well as hard ones, but the deep, built-in pattern catches small spills and melted snow fairly well. Without the overhang, loads can sit more evenly even with the seats folded.

I purchased this trunk/trunk mat to help remove dirt and other clutter in my trunk. Received this rug today. It got to my house pretty quickly. (About 2 days) It had no rubber or chemical smell. It seems durable. It fits perfectly in my trunk. I didn't have to cut or remake the mat to fit my car. For reference, my car is a 2017 BMW X3. In terms of quality, this rug was reasonably priced compared to others I've reviewed from Revain and other online retailers. I am happy with this purchase.
