I needed a switcher with mirroring capability. My only gripe with this device is that sometimes the microprocessor goes to sleep, then it all seems "bad in my opinion". You'll click the remote to switch screens and nothing will happen, so click it a few more times. After 30 seconds, he revives and resolves every hit. Otherwise he was flawless.

***Update*** The seller contacted me, updated the description to show only the analogue. While this didn't work for me, I'm happy to see that they've been updated to help new buyers make the right choice. *Original* The video is blurry, the seller was unhelpful when I contacted them for a solution. The only answer was that it was only for analog video surveillance. I don't see it anywhere in the description that says so. Terrible experience, not recommended.

It has RCA inputs which I suspected from the photo so make sure you have BNC to RCA adapters. I plugged one end of the CCTV power supply into it and it works. It comes pigtailed with bare wires on one end - for connection to a power supply I believe. The pictures look ok - I took the cameras out of my DVR, hooked them up to it and then plugged the output back into the DVR - I have an 8 channel DVR and I want to hook up 2 more cameras without buying a new DVR :-) The display also seems to be in…
