Overrated Receiver Hitch

This receiver pintle is a complete letdown. Automotive companies need to stop producing overrated products that can't deliver.Through trial and error, I found that the hitch didn't fit my vehicle properly, and even after some modifications were made it still couldn`t handle my towing needs. The only pro is that it looks good on paper. The major con is that it's completely useless in practice. I regret purchasing this tow hitch and wouldn't recommend it to anyone..

Pros
  • Durable construction and can handle heavy loads
Cons
  • flimsy

A Pintle Hitch Worth Investing In

THE Tow Ready pintle hitch is a game-changer when it comes to towing. According to my experience, it's easy to install and very sturdy .The ability to adjust the height and use different sized balls is a major plus. However, the hitch is quite heavy, which can make it difficult to maneuver by yourself. Overall I highly recommend this product for anyone in need of a reliable and versatile hitch..

Pros
  • Durable and sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not compatible with all vehicle types

Very good value for money. I'll "adjust " a bit.

Fits 3" lower in my 2" receiver. I would have preferred the hole to be a bit closer to the hitch itself (but maybe other receivers won't pick this up - they probably compromised for versatility). The first time I wasn't paying attention, I "barked" the damn thing with my shin. I'm going to drill the hole myself and still feel like I got a good deal on this (compared to the prices I would pay for other 'offers'). I have a beautiful ball cover knocked down from my old hitch that doesn't fit when…

Pros
  • Ball joints
Cons
  • Expandable
