Stronger than Expected

For the price I expected these to be a weak metal. Turned out they were really strong. I tried to bend some with my hand and I couldn't. The only improvement I would want to see is more uniformity in the pieces. Some pieces had the ends touching while others had a gap.Use it with 1/8" threaded metal wire. Fit fine.

Lousy! Way too small for 3/16 wire rope.

These are tiny compared to other 3/16th thimbles. They are half the size of other brands or those from big box stores. No wonder they are much less expensive. These cause 3/16th wire rope to kink up because they are not large enough. I sent them back!

  • This worked well. I used this on a raised bed made of plastic to keep the sides from bowing out.
Cons
  • I install and repair flagpoles. The size of the cable is 1/8. These are about 5 times to small.
