    Monthly Service

    The collar was fine, the tracker is good, but the monthly cost to rotate the damn thing is ridiculous. I receive disability benefits so should it be included when I leave home I wish I could do this 24/7.

    Doesn't work best in GPS, finders and accessories

    Failed to get tracker to accept commands. Sent a replacement, same problem. Tec Support is based in China, good luck getting help! An AT&T subscription is $35 a month, crazy. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Total disappointment and waste of time

    I can't make it work

    I bought a mobile phone, a SIM card, minutes. Uploaded it to this tracker - it didn't work. So I bought a second prepaid cell phone, sim card and minutes through at&t - I still can't understand this tracker. The instructions are not clear. I spent 3 months and $300 getting this to work. So far no success.

    Great product I live in a field in Argentina and I have 5 dogs, I can finally be calm when I can't see them. Even if you follow the instructions, it's not easy to get it working properly. In the beginning the GPS and SMS app sends me different and wrong locations and shows as inactive all the time.     Even looking at this GPS collar is a complete waste of time. RUN, DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!

    I've had this collar for 6 months now and I still don't know how to put it on. I'm in technical sales so I'm quite capable, but I started reading the manual and quickly realized it was going to be a big undertaking and just put it off. My dog will be long gone before I sort this out. I don't recommend at all. $45 for the waist. This GPS dog collar is not worth the time. I'm a techie and have been trying to get this GPS nightmare to work for five (5) months. Do not buy.

    A little tricky to set up but works well

    I have a second tracker of this type, my dog drowned the first one in the lake. The characteristics of the device do not promise protection against submersion, so the dog is to blame :-). I opened a new one and covered the circuit board with silicone sealant and dielectric grease to see if it's any better. I use a $5/month SpeedTalk SIM. The device immediately responded to the SMS command, but for some reason it did not appear in the browser or Android application. I played around with it for a

    I was so happy to finally find a pet tracker that does not require monthly maintenance and can accept any GSM SIM card. I have a Google Fi cellular plan that uses T-Mobile and offers only data SIM cards, which are part of the plan at no additional cost. Based on the tracker's description (GSM and T-Mobile SIM recommended) I figured it would be perfect for my needs and I wouldn't have to pay extra as the data-only SIM is part of the existing plan.     Just bought and tracker works as described with one exception. This tracker is NOT waterproof and most likely barely waterproof. So I won't use it often on my dog who wades regularly and splashes water on his GPS. I was able to improve the water resistance by using waterproof tape to cover the cracks and SIM card slot. I can guarantee that the rubber plug on the block will not prevent moisture from getting in. The rest of the block has a number of features that I like. I have used several major
