Update August 2020: I have two bikes with this device. Tracking has always been impressive! Now they've updated their iPhone app so I can turn off my bike while traveling! This is a great device. This is our third Trackmate and it works as advertised. The ease of installation is a huge improvement over my older units - no knowledge of automotive electronics required. I think it took me 5 minutes total to install it. But the key is also to buy an OBD-II adapter so it can run on car power without an electrical wire connection. This device works very well. I bought this particular device because it is one of the few Verizon devices that has the best signal strength in my area. When I first connected it it didn't show up on the webpage so I emailed support@trackmategps.com and mentioned Verizon as the best provider. I installed this on my 2007 BMW X5. I used an "add circuit" through the fuse box. Luckily, in this car, the fuse box is behind the passenger. There is an amplifier for the stereo system on the driver's side and a fuse box on the passenger side. Getting out of the trunk is very easy.
