Update August 2020: I have two bikes with this device. Tracking has always been impressive! Now they've updated their iPhone app so I can turn off my bike while traveling! Customer support was very good. I highly recommend this system! Installed my device on the bike and tracking/activation worked great! I spent several hours hooking up the ignition off feature and tests showed it didn't work. Update: I worked with two different TrackMate engineers and discovered that their relay diagram is wrong. They appear to provide ground instead of current when the fuel pump is activated or the ignition is turned off. Wire #6 green wire is grounded when activated via web interface. They have integrated web support for turning off the ignition or fuel pump and are now working on the mobile app. I'm impressed at how hard they worked on the issues and they even sent me a second unit to help them fix the ignition/fuel pump cutting out issue.
