Type of review

I love that it is so simple for our team of 12 people to use! It's very intuitive with no learning curve at all - we have been using this software since day 1, when they first released their product (we are still in beta), but now even more features were added which makes us really happy as well. The interface looks great too! What could be better? Nothing comes into my mind right away. We can do almost everything from one screen including assigning tickets/tasks etc., managing tasks lists orโ€ฆ

Great software - Easy and convenient way communicate

The ability for my team members to log in from anywhere at anytime is great! It's also nice that I can see what they're working through without having them share it with me via email or phone call. Sometimes when sending an inquiry there are times where it takes awhile before someone responds but once they do respond its usually right away so no problem here. Nothing really as far as dislikes go since this has been such a positive experience thus far. But if anyone asks about pricing we haveโ€ฆ

  • I wish I could pay per user instead of per account so I can keep track of what is being used by whom
