The ability for my team members to log in from anywhere at anytime is great! It's also nice that I can see what they're working through without having them share it with me via email or phone call. Sometimes when sending an inquiry there are times where it takes awhile before someone responds but once they do respond its usually right away so no problem here. Nothing really as far as dislikes go since this has been such a positive experience thus far. But if anyone asks about pricing we have had some confusion over who should pay which part of our monthly cost because all 3 people using trakkdeck use different platforms/devices (phone vs computer). So now it seems like everyone thinks they need their own account just incase one person doesn't want to be charged for another user accessing his information. This would eliminate any issues regarding billing questions.
