A really necessary purchase, glad I found this product.

A great option for a game drive, just take care of the cooling. Some pros: Famous brand with history. Form factor M.2 2280. There is a working temperature sensor and smart data. Company guarantee of 5 years. NVMe 1.3x4. TLC 3D NAND. Linear read speed 1800 Mb/s, write 1500 Mb/s, random read up to 60 Mb/s. Large HMB buffer. Capacious SLC cache over 150 GB. Cons below: There is no cooling radiator / foil sticker, therefore, the disk heats up noticeably during recording (after the end of the…

Quality is disappointing, the product is bad.

Bought for MSI GP72M 7REX Leopard Pro laptop. Windows refuses to install on this disk - the installer sees free space, but cannot create a partition. It cannot be used as a non-system disk - Windows cannot initialize it. Under Linux Mint (Live) it was defined and formatted normally, but it never started working with Windows. I do not recommend buying. Better for this price to take something more popular SATA format - less likely to get a headache, instead of a disk.

Pros
  • Price PCIe x4
Cons
  • Compatibility

It's impossible to use, don't waste your money.

I bought it for a Dell 5770, the specifications say support for PCI-e and NVMA, set it to AHCI in the BIOS, as recommended by the manufacturer Transcend, then installed the OS from scratch. The SSD works for 5 minutes after loading the OS and hangs dead.

Pros
  • Didn't notice
Cons
  • Compatibility issues, even on Win 10 with the latest ates.
