Decent product best in low voltage transformers

Good product that arrived on time. The only problem is the lack of instructions/documentation on how to use the product and what to expect from it.

NOT RELIABLE AT ALL.

The first week it worked fine, but after that the LEDs have no power and even when I pressed the button for another mode there is no power at all LED Christmas lights more. So I returned it for a refund. I hope their manufacturer should put in better components so they don't break easily.

Doesn't work with our garlands

Unfortunately it didn't work for us. Software lighting was erratic and lacked just the uniform warm white that we felt was right. Sometimes the screw didn't match the main LED garlands from our Christmas tree or from the store either. Generally disappointed. Finding a single transformer unit that actually works without having to buy a whole set of new lamps seems impossible.

Best replacement I could find!

I have a large decorative LED tree which I got from ArtVan before they shut down because the mains transformer broke and I couldn't find a replacement of equal value. It had a 30v 20w transformer that looked the same but without the control knob. It was the closest I could find anywhere. My tree already had a separate box on the power line that had a control function but no power.
