Quick and cheap solution

Inexpensive PnP solution to a major IT overhaul problem. It was necessary to install four workstations, two printers and a wireless access point where previously there was only one access point. There was no budget for running cables, and it was not possible to run cables anyway due to electrical and structural problems. Enter a ten minute fix for fifteen bucks: this thing. Not compatible with AT&T U-Verse Gateway 5268AC

This is TRENDnet's second unmanaged 10/100 Mbps 8-port Ethernet switch (plastic case). I tested both and returned them. Both devices have some internal incompatibility with our AT&T U-Verse 5268AC Gateway where the download speed is as expected but the download speed is so slow that the download speed on internet speed test sites like www. speedtest is not recorded (0.00 Mbit/s). .Network. What a great product

This product allows you to increase the number of wired Ethernet ports available for your router (like the back). For example if you have more than 4 devices like printers or HDTVs that need a fixed ethernet cable. You simply plug a standard (straight-through) Ethernet cable into port #4 on the back of the Cisco/Linksys. router and connect the other end to this switch. Then connect the power cord to this switch. It is so easy. Good product. Excellent price. deserves 5 stars.

Plug and play, works like magic

I have this to connect ethernet to my home entertainment devices. It couldn't be easier to use. I simply connected an ethernet cable from my router to this switch and then an ethernet cable from this switch to each of my devices that I wanted to connect to my network. After switching on, my devices automatically connect to my network. I received this switch to improve network connection stability of connected devices and reduce my wireless network congestion. He excelled at both things.
