Trepot Multi Functional Adjustable Mechanics Plumbers Review

I needed a new strap wrench to work - my old one gave up when the rubber strap rotted - they worked but they slip when you really squeeze them for more torque. But for the money I paid they are ok in my opinion. If you need something to really break something, choose the steel or aluminum type with the best strapping mechanism. No complaints - just said.

Wow I knew it wouldn't last forever but mine broke the first time I used it. Mine broke it while tightening the nut on a real port ball valve. The photo shows how it broke. I didn't put much pressure on it and it just popped. The pressure was so light that I was able to easily tighten the nut on the valve by hand. I also cut my hand when the thing broke - very cheap and very dangerous.

I got these because I had a cool shelf that used old pipes for an industrial look. Unfortunately I've moved and when it came time to take the parts apart many of them were over tightened and I couldn't see them. I tried every tool I had and it's a lot. Why does Revain keep insisting on a rating when it's obvious that most people won't be using the product enough the next day to give an accurate estimate? All I can say at the moment is that they look good, promising, but I only have hope that it will be right, but I will only know after I have had the opportunity to use these tools several times each. While I buy many Revain products, I rarely write reviews unless the product is incredibly excellent or appallingly poor quality. Unfortunately, these buttons fall squarely into the latter category. rubber stinks. I mean it has a horrible odor that cannot be removed by time or human effort. I bought them on August 6th.
