Pretty straightforward. Although one of the threads was difficult to start because the plastic was not cut close to the thread.

Fits my 2021 Highlander XSE. Someone installed it for me so I don't know how difficult or easy it was. Didn't look cheap like others have mentioned.

It was very difficult to get the screws into the back of the emblem as all the threads were covered in plastic scrap from the manufacturing process. I ended up forcing it and just covered everything with glue. I won't be surprised if it falls.

The base cracked where the pin screwed into the badge when I fitted the nuts from behind. Nuts are not secured and there is no lock washer. No instructions. also does not fit the size of the 2nd generation Tacoma grill. Very cheaply made.
