The most amazing thing is that they are always there for me when I need them! They have been so helpful with my planning process every step along way. They really care about their guests as well as making sure everything runs smoothly during each trip. I loved everything about this trip! The guides were amazing with so much knowledge to share - they really made our stay feel like we had some real life experience in Kenya which was great for someone who has never been before!! There wasn't anything that i disliked at all during my time there but it would be hard not too mention how incredible their staff are as well as having an unforgettable vacation while being surrounded by such beauty is just something everyone should do once if possible.
