Very long cord and seems very sturdy

I have 4 240 watt LED grow lights and 2 built in 6 inch fans connected to it with no power lag. Suitable for medium power electronics. The cord is really long which is great when I need the length. You can roll it up and tie it with a zipper if you don't need the length. Great voltage stabilizer at a good price

    Great as a surge protector

Love the extra long cord. Under the right table runs a cable to connect the artificial electric fireplace. I live in a multi-socket studio, so this is a huge benefit for me. Sturdy and well made, highly rated in online surge protector reviews. Expensive, but then computers are even more expensive and need excellent protection.

Exit holes are next to each other

I chose this one because the holes don't interfere with each other when connecting these big block connectors. Because it's double breasted, it's not too long. We had to go from the socket behind the bookshelf, under the chair, under the sofa to come out in the middle of the coffee table. This prevents tripping over the cord and allows you to connect all your devices while using it on the couch. We needed just over 15 feet, but this was the best exhaust configuration available in the over 15…

Everything should be fine as my house was struck by lightning.

25 foot cord fits in all the right spot in my garage. Spacing between 5 outlets is close together and some wide plugs don't fit, forcing you to use one of the three AC adapter plug locations. Let's see if it lasts as long as the isobar I had for 21 years (I paid $120 for a 6-out isobar in 1996). It's a plastic case, so we'll see. "IF" the surge protection is on par with the old isobar then it should be fine as my house has been hit by lightning in those 20 years and things unrelated to the…

The long 25 foot cable allowed me to make the most of the space.

Tripp Lite 8-Outlet Power Adapter Extra long 25ft cable was one of the few UL listed options available with this cable length. Luckily I have a few other types of Tripp Lite strips and I was happy with the quality so I ordered this one without hesitation. I converted an unused dressing room into my sewing center with three machines and other necessary supplies. Because it was designed as a closet, there was only one outlet, and it was at the far end of the wall from where I wanted my cars to…

    Good company, great protector

That was that time for me guys. Do you know that moment when it's time to replace surge protectors? I needed a surge protector with a longer cable due to my case limitations, and I needed one that had a red light for the power/reset button. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with it, but about an hour before I go to bed, I put on blue goggles. If I had a blue light surge protector I would most likely leave it on rather than off. Blue blocker glasses completely block blue light indicators…

It was good until it was gone.

I bought this extension in September. I needed an outlet to plug in some electronics because all the outlets in my room are behind the furniture. Tonight, December 12th, my phone needed charging. I connected the charger and then the phone and nothing happened. I checked the strip and the light that says my stuff is 'protected' and the switch light is off! I flipped the switch and it flickered but didn't light up. I cycled the switch several times and pushed the switch to the "on" position. It…

Saved my computerized sewing machine from a fire

Long story. I bought a Pfaff computerized sewing machine. Right out of the box, the LCD screen would often display a "Motor Overload" message and stop working briefly. Then in other cases the whole screen went blank and no buttons worked. I searched the internet and found that Jane's plain brown power strip could be the culprit. I looked straight down. I was to blame. The news I read said that the computer is very sensitive to electrical fluctuations. So I bought a surge protector at a big…

Nicely made tripp lite power pack

Exactly what I was looking for. Now I usually wait and do my checks after using an item for a while, but I somehow found this one to either work or not. In my case it works. The cord is strong and the socket looks well made and is lightweight. The surge protector comes with an insurance policy for everything - weather or not, Tripp Lite actually pays if something happens - I have no idea. I've been buying Tripp Lite surge protectors for years and have never had to research them. I was about to…
