Excellent product. Like - works as advertised. Didn't like - The cable array was a bit overzealous. Too many options. Prefer something less busy. I only needed USB, the rest is literally hanging around. Recommendation: Ideal for the home or office. If you have more than a few desktops/servers and a few monitors, this is your product!

Works with monitors and HDMI, VGA and DVI connections. The keyboard sometimes repeats characters or does not transmit the keyboard signal. The replacement did the same. Tech support said it can be fixed. I haven't found anything that works 100%

I ordered three of these cables for my Tripp Lite brand KVM. I didn't realize I needed them until I ordered them (my fault) but I'm glad I did. You could probably just use VGA extension cables and some USB A/B cables, but I've read that a lot of people have problems with video cable shielding. I've used them and had no problems and they've also reduced the clutter on my desk.

And these cables are good quality, long enough for my use and work great with my Tripp Lite USB KVM Switch. You do NOT have to use these cables, I used separate USB and VGA cables in the past, but they make the process much easier and more reliable. The annoying thing is that you have to buy cables for KVM, they don't come with KVM. But given the price and performance it's still a good deal and I'd buy both again.

What can I say? These are cables with standard connectors that you will need if you want to connect your devices to the switch.

Bought this KVM Switch to consolidate multiple servers. It works great - just plug and play. One recommendation: I've found that if you restart your computer without properly enabling KVM, you'll have trouble identifying your keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
