Not profitable, but a working solution

The predecessor died after about 15 years of use. It's expensive for what you get, but it holds my 27-inch Samsung monitor well. This elevates the monitor to a better viewing level, especially for those who spend a lot of time working on a PC every day. It'll never pay for itself, but it does make it easier to manage multiple peripherals that would otherwise be on all the time. . Wasteful and shortens the life of peripherals without having to change them one by one.

Good control box suitable for socket strips and overvoltage protection

That was exactly what I was looking for. One of the switches on my old block broke after about 30 years. I wanted something similar that would disable speakers, printer, monitor, etc. all at the same time. Although it was a bit more expensive, it fit the bill. All plugs fit perfectly, everything is well connected. My only complaint is that the display backlight is too bright for me. I tried using it under a monitor but found the light was distracting. So I put it under the processor where I had

Good product with some limitations

Due to the design of the back panel where the electrical plugs plug in, any odd shaped plugs most likely will not work with this device. If all your connectors are standard + ground type, no problem, but the first thing I tried was a computer monitor with a proprietary connector shape that didn't work. If this unit were slightly above the surface it stands on it wouldn't be a problem, but it isn't and it was a problem. The monitor had to be replaced with another one with a more conventional…

Not a very good buy

I bought two Tripp Lite monitor surge protectors from Revain and the only good thing is that they arrived on time with no damage. After the second day of use, the main switch on two did not stay in the ON position when pressed. This was necessary many times until they finally stayed on to keep the safety devices on. Luckily for me, the wall switch controls the outlets these 2 are plugged into, so I have to resort to that to turn them on and off. I didn't want to return them for an exchange or…

Tripp Lite 6 Outlet

Delivery was fast 2 days so far. the one who delivered didn't follow the instructions, left it on the porch in front of the street - not in the shipping box. On the box, Tripp Lite is different from what was bought/in the box. Tripp lite has been repackaged. The plastic lid was put back on top, the bubble wrap wasn't sealed - it was sealed with tape. Checked, everything works, works. the box in which the Tripp Lite 6 was placed is not org. the box was not closed/opened. No exchange or return…

Okay but Tripp Lite needs some design and construction improvements

Bought a few months ago, it saved my TV (plugged into an unplugged outlet) and computer from a momentary power outage and some flickering . In that respect, I'm glad I bought it. I don't use this as a sub monitor device because I have a laptop. Rather, I use it to protect my home entertainment system where it fits snugly against my DVD player and VCR. Also, since I don't want my electronic devices to use "phantom power" I bought these so I can leave things I'm not using completely unplugged…

Tripp Lite MT6-Plus Under Monitor Surge

I've been using the older and cheaper Tripp Lite Under Monitor for over 7 years and needed another one for my desktop setup. This time I opted for a newer and more expensive surge protector under the Tripp Lite MT6-Plus monitor as I could use the 2 extra USB ports for chargers. I won't go into the details and features between the two as you can probably search the web and make your own comparison. What I can tell you is that the main difference is the Joule rating, the insurance offering and…
