They came new. They break easily so it's not the best choice for everyday gaming, but for the price it was decent. You get what you pay for.

Lasted about 3 games because the plastic on all of them started to break. Cheap. Spend a little more for birdies that last a while.

The shuttlecocks were stiff and the tip didn't feel elastic. If you throw a shuttlecock on the ground, it hardly bounces.
