The complaint about the missing tip has certainly been resolved. My set had 40 nibs and even a few sharp nibs. I had one of the cheap pyrography pens before and it broke pretty quickly. I have already used this pyrography pen for two parts and I am absolutely thrilled! My hand doesn't feel any heat from the pen and warms up in 30 seconds. I mean bright red! That's great value for money!

I always read reviews of everything I buy because it is more important than any advertising campaign. Yesterday at 2pm I received my TRUArt wood stove (got to me very quickly), opened it up and got to work straight away (I've never used digital temperature control). Within the first hour of use I found it to work more perfectly than I've done in the last three days with unregulated 80w wood burners (I have three). I recommend this master to anyone looking for a quality wood stove!

I've been burning wood and leather for 34 years, always with a traditional wood burning pen. I tested most tips on both wood and suede for lines, shadows and letters, and temperature control. Edit/Update: Customer service direct from TRUArt was amazing. As little as I've done with the burner, I'm very happy with what I've been able to do with it. I'm waiting for my replacement.
