Edit/Update: Customer service direct from TRUArt was amazing. As little as I've done with the burner, I'm very happy with what I've been able to do with it. I'm waiting for my replacement. This was my first wood burning experience and it was a lot of fun. I originally received my burner and it was used and damaged. I'm disappointed with Revain and their country return service, but I contacted TRUArt directly and I have to say the customer service they provided directly was amazing. Now I have a new set on the way. I was experimenting with a damaged/used item and while the base unit was very delicate I managed to fix a few things. I have attached photos. Can't wait for the replacement and will (hopefully) update and post more photos soon. But even damaged, I could easily switch nibs and use the pen to create different types of patterns, textures, and strokes.
