As a result of using this silicone ring, I found that it's perfect for creating perfectly round pancakes or eggs. The flexible material also makes it easy to flip and remove items from the pan without scratching the surface. The downside is that it's not suitable for high temperatures, so it can't be used for grilling or searing. Overall, it's a great addition to any kitchen.

Perfect for breakfast rolls. People who complain that they don't work because "the egg runs out from under the ring" don't know how to fry scrambled eggs. The pan must be hot before breaking the egg. I spray the pan and Pam ring, heat them, boil the egg, then cover the pot with a lid, add some water and remove from heat. The steam will cook the top layer of the egg perfectly (just leave it while you cook the English muffin and sausage). Great find, great work!

It was an interesting idea to have both a circle and a square and a shape. I particularly like that the handle can be folded down so that you can leave the lid on the pan while cooking. However, both shapes are small in size, and I've found that the metal rings actually cook better and have less leakage. I've been experimenting with both this ring and a set of non-stick metal rings for the past few weeks and decided to keep the metal rings and toss this one.
