I like them because you can put your groceries in and the groceries don't roll around and I can take everything and carry them into the house. I bought 3 of these and they fit nicely in the trunk of my car.

The underside looked like clear Tyvek / looked like it could be easily torn or punctured. The overall quality was low (although the price was cheap). I wanted to give it as a gift and just didn't think the quality was good enough, so I sent it back.

If you are carrying something heavy in it such as a backpack. B. Grocery (which is why I bought it), don't buy it. This is a very thin material that I would not trust. If you're just using it as a car organizer I think it's fine as long as you don't try to lift it with something heavy in it.
