TruVideo Walk Around Video Service is an amazing tool that will help you sell more cars.

This is an absolutely fantastic tool. My dealership used to use another vendor and while their sales app was great, their walk around video service was terrible. Their walk around video service wasn't any better than the other vendors walk around video service, but they charged double the price. Salesforce Video is a cloud based video platform that allows users to upload videos directly into their CRM.

This app has been around since 2009 and has been updated since 2011. In the past few months it has taken us literally 2 weeks to receive updates from the development team. Updates to add new functions, fix bugs and address issues have been delayed, and they have not been released regularly.   • It supports high definition recordings
  • It's a good tool for sending pre-recorded videos.
Cons
  • Can't share videos with colleagues or clients
  • They must be deleted manually from the phone
  • When recording, sometimes the microphone will cut out mid sentence, and no longer pick up sound until the next time the app opens

This is a great question. There are many questions that come up when you first start out as a new dealer.

I am not sure where to start with this one. From the outside, it looks like a great idea. However, when I was looking at it I couldn't find any reviews. The site has a ton of testimonials and other endorsements from dealership owners. I also could not find any pricing information. What is it exactly and how much does it cost? How do dealerships use it? Is it mandatory to use it or optional? Can dealerships sell the software without the services provided by the vendor? Where can we see a demo…
