Meat Net Worked

The net held the venison well during the smoking process. The mesh was easy to use and remove. Will use it for other meats!

Works perfectly. I made Canadian bacon without.

This net is suitable for cooking Canadian Bacon. I took another reviewer's suggestion and completed the installation using a short length of PVC pipe and a 2X4 adapter. Works perfectly. I've cooked unpackaged Canadian bacon and found it difficult to cook evenly. The rope wrapping helps but doesn't look very professional, especially when I do it. This net solves the problem and looks great.

Excellent durable elastic mesh

Hi everyone, I used this when making Capicola. Works great and neat. I used a 2" to 4" pipe adapter, then a 4" section of pipe about 7" long that fits inside. I placed the mesh on the 2" side, then slid it over the 'reducer' to the 4" part and placed it on top of the pipe that way. Then I removed the reducer and tied the mesh. Thread the cooked capicola through the 4 inch tube into the .BAM mesh. Perfect Capicola Net! happy treatment
