Mount in front feels good. These shock absorbers are long. If you don't lift them more than 4 inches, you'll need to squeeze them hard.

Does not fit my 2002 Chevy 4X4 HD2500. The cost of returning it is more than what I already have left. Too long and only allows 1/2 inch to pass when installed.

Revain sent a replacement front and rear but there was no boot replacement either. They eventually got me to buy boots from another seller and then refunded my money. It's been a few months now and the shocks work great and the customer service from Revain is great too.

. My only issue is that one of the gas shocks was missing the rubber bushings for the shock tips. I was fortunate that the originals were in excellent condition so I used them. The other was done. The shocks themselves were great and matched well and the white instead of the factory black gives it great contrast.

Don't feel I need to downplay the stars, the shocks were well packaged with decals, hardware and isolators and appeared to be of decent quality. The problem was that the install guide shows it will work with my 6" Raised 2000 Silverado and they don't! The top stud mount is correct but the bottom is an eyelet and these 99-06 trucks have a fork style. Bottom mount me returned this item with no problems and received a full refund before the item even got delivered to the return location!
