My daughter has been taking riding lessons for a year now and she loves it and even wears it to school sometimes. My granddaughter has been wearing these for her riding lessons for a few weeks and they seem to be holding up great. However she is usually a size 11 (she is almost 5 years old) so I ordered a size up thinking she would have more room but they just fit her so run small. I would advise getting one size larger. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because they are small.

These are quality boots at an affordable price. My daughter is a first year rider and her instructor said these are good boots for beginners if you don't want to spend a lot. You never know if they'll "hang on" at the age of 8-9, and kids are always growing, so getting decent riding boots at a reasonable price is always a plus.
