My dog is a very aggressive chewer and loves to play tug of war. Those rope toys don’t last more than a few play sessions. This toy has remained mostly in tact, but i do supervise the chewing and take it away from him when I’m not around so he doesn’t destroy it. But from what he has chewed, he hasn’t been able to wreck it as quickly as other toys. I’d recommend trying it if you’ve got an aggressive chewer that loves tug of war.

It failed my expectations. 75 lb sheepie at 1 end and a spitfire of a terrier (25 lb,) at other. They tug, then chase and then it opened. Lasted a week. Got a refund with an explanation that I have to watch them play and remove it when they rough. Doesn't "tuffy". Mean rough?

Great for pit bulls to play with. Mine is a heavy chewer but when she got to 8 mths she chewed it open. I bought another to play with & put it up when we’re done playing. It’s made very well & you will not be disappointed with it. Thank you so much!

This is the only toy my dog won’t demolish in a few days. Instead it usually lasts about 2 months. When I get a 2 pack that’s 4 months worth of tug. My dog is a 50 pound husky mix

Our GSD puppy loves to play tug-of-war, but she gets very excited when she plays. This toy is wonderful: it is exceptionally strong and well-made, and it's long enough to keep my hand away from the dog's mouth. We prefer it to the "rope toys" because there are no loose threads for the pup to ingest. Even if no one is tugging, this is her new favorite toy: she drags it around and wrestles with it by herself.

This is a really durable toy, so if you dog likes to play tug, this is great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's a bit heavy for the puppy, who is the one needing to play with it the most.

this toy is big - great for tugging with a teething dog while protecting your hands from the accidental nip. Solidly built - so far our beast has not been able to tear a single thread out of it although he is trying his best.

Stuffing and squeakers were out in about 3 hours. Toy is still usable just doesn't have any stuffing inside.**edit**dogs still use it without stuffing. I own 3 different kinds of these toys from this company. Very good.
