Great concept but no durability.

We were so excited about this for our new little rescue pup, she loved it but after just a few months our 15lb pup broke the anti-shock bungee. Given that this product didn't come cheap, it's disappointing that we were only able to enjoy it for such a short time.

My dog ​​loves this wagon!

My dog loves this new wagon; I've stretched it almost a full 150 feet sideways across the yard and it can walk back and forth with great freedom. I would say we are both very happy with it! It's not that hard to install, but the way it installs isn't as easy to remove (you wouldn't want that if you plan on taking it off for frequent use in other places), though once set up, it can be easily tightened with handle, which is very convenient.

Seems like a really great, well thought out product, but it's very heavy (not suitable for hiking) and requires tools to assemble. Unfortunately my dog completely sprained his bungee on the first day of using this campground. The carabiner that attached her bungee to the cable also broke loose, allowing her to free herself. Good setup but metal guide wears out quickly

Update: My dog was pulling very hard in the guide due to the worn out cable. I contacted the seller and he immediately sent a replacement. My dog is only 12-15 pounds but is very active and they recommended I switch to a heavy duty stroller which is currently out of stock. They promised to send a discount code upon his return. Good quality overall but carabiner links are a poor company solution

I bought this cart for my 65 lb Lab/Pitbull mix. Overall, this is better quality than the $30 option you can get from PetSmart, but the carabiners used in the design are a very poor decision by the company that makes this product. The cord has a carabiner that connects to a metal cord that attaches to your dog's collar or harness. Update the dog completely destroyed it. The carabiner on one end was totally inadequate, aluminum? The wire was short and couldn't last even a month with my 120kg puppy.
