Antenna connector not as described

I have not fully evaluated the antenna. However, I would like to warn buyers that the description is incorrect. This antenna comes with an RP-SMA connector on the cable (as of August 2018). The Tupavco website also incorrectly describes the connector, but their website lists an RP-SMA connector on the cable. Maybe at some point they changed the connector and didn't update the description. If you're not sure what you need, you can see the RP-SMA connector in this Revain listing - this is the…

Working ATT signal where there was none

I bought two of these and placed them side by side at a 45 degree angle. I first tried them very close together which gave me an average of 13 down and 3 up, but now I'm getting a consistent 22 plus down, 10 plus up when they're along the bottom sight line about 1 meter apart be set up. Works great when installed correctly. Buy two.

When properly installed, this antenna will perform exceptionally well. I was able to increase my 4G/LTE throughput from less than 2Mbps to 30Mbps over 9km. For best results, use a modem with two antenna connectors and mount the two antennas perpendicular to each other. I used Huawei E5573s-606 as that's what my carrier sells. It is very important to minimize the cable length between the antennas and the modem. Signal loss over coaxial cable is very significant. I used Mikrotik hEX and an open…

Worked about 2-3 months

This antenna worked about two months, improved the signal from -89dBm from Omni to -79dBm with two such antennas pointed at the nearest tower. However, over the past two months, the signal has steadily deteriorated, as has the quality of my internet. I thought it was the modem so I replaced it. Then I decided it was the antenna cables and replaced them. I finally decided to replace the antennas and my signal with a few different antennas dropped to -73dBm, better than even if those antennas…

Works great with 4G LTE rural internet

I have AT&T rural internet over 4G LTE. Using the device's internal antennas occasionally resulted in good download speeds (up to 14 Mbps after midnight), but slower than phone line download speeds. My best signal in the house was around -119 (the lower the better) and more commonly -121. My LTE tower is about 4 miles away and there are a lot of trees in between and there - I don't have line of sight due to the trees and terrain - what's worse, I'm on the bottom of a hill. I found out that the…
