We needed a shared internet connection from our main house to one of our buildings and didn't want to run Category 5e cable for hundreds of feet. With standard antennas on Wi-Fi routers we have very poor 2.4GHz connectivity and no service on 5GHz. Excellent point to point connectivity with these antennas. A very "thin" depth profile makes it easy to practically "hide" the presence of the antenna. Excellent RF performance. In this case, size matters, but the "length" and "width" of this relatively wide-bandwidth 5 GHz antenna means the actual usable RF gain.
